5k Run Times (treadmill):

7/7/11 - 30:30mins
10/7/11 - 29:16mins
11/7/11 - Started too fast, stopped at about 3k
12/7/11 - Started slow, sped up a little, stopped again! - I think I may need a day off the mill.
Quite a lot of training, no 5k's completed thou....
12/8/11 - 26:19mins
17/8/11 - 25:18mins

40k Ride Times (on the road):

23/8/11 - don't know time but put in my first 40k today, first 13.5k was 35.5kph average......I have no doubt it was back to 29kph by the time I'd finished!

Swimming? - just started getting back in the pool, I can still swim.....but not even beginning to measure speed yet.....lots of drills

Running base fitness for next year:

7/7/11 - 30:30mins
10/7/11 - 29:16mins
12/8/11 - 26:19mins
17/8/11 - 25:18mins
25/8/11 - 25:06mins
2/9/11 - 24:44mins

Cycling base fitness for next year:

27k route - out and back on a fairly flat riverside road.

Averaging 30-31kph (35kph on the out leg, so must be about 25-26kph on the back leg) :shock:
