Yeah. Was the same walking ramp test. I don't it's credence for those of an 'athletic' disposition. I almost couldn't walk fast enough up the 15.5% gradient to keep the target HR.

Sunday 6 November

Workout 1: Bike - Road
Total time: 2:39:49
Ride time: 2:35:48
Distance: 79.3km
Avg Spd: 30.5 kph
Avg HR: 128 bpm

Workout 2: Run - Road
Distance 5km
Time: 29:22
Spd: 10.2 kph

Run was with the GAT which was nice to do. Very easy and light Feeling quite fresh. Last big week, then 7 day taper! Let's hope I've timed this all to perfection. :lol:

Monday was a day off. Cleaned the bike ready for packing. Can't decide on whether to put new inner tubes in now or stay with the one's that have been in there for a few months. Tough call.

My rest day proved eventful after a little accident shaving and then trapping my left little and nextdoor (not sure what it;' called) fingers in a door at work. Nicely bruised and sore nails and fingers. Excellent. Swim tonight should be interesting!

Tuesday 8 November

Workout 1 - Bike (wattbike) to Run (treadmill) brick
Bike
4 x 9min work to 1 min rest (150w). Set 1: Work @ 200w, Set 2: @ 220w, Set 3 @ 230w, Set 4 @ 270w including last minute at 350w
Run
2km @ 12.5kph, 2km @ 10kph, 2km @ 11kph, 1km @ 12kph

Fly out on Tuesday to Las Vegas. Then taking an over night stop when driving down to Tempe. Saves being on the road for 5 1/2 hours. Get in a little run to loosen the legs and then meet the Chapman Family on the Wednesday. :D

W-Up: 3 x 100m
Main: 5 x 100m as Catch-Up, Left arm, Right Arm, Full stroke
C-Down: 2 x 100m as easy, hard, easy, hard

1km and even to get that far in my mind was virtually impossible.
