I AM BACK N THE GAME
I've been pretty good at trying to look after myself. Rather than ignore the advice I've been given I've taken onboard the information thrown at me.
The result. I have been pain free for three days, even when walking up the stairs. And more importantly descending them too.
I have been given the green light for VERY easy bike. Basically no climbing, no out of the saddle work, no trying to murder myself etc.
So, I was extremely excited to get the road bike out and get kitted up. I Team Laws'd myself up to the max so there was a gay rainbow cyclist looping Epsom downs this morning.
I just span nice and easy. The warm air was bloody gorgeous. I have missed my bike sooooooooo much.
I've just got back and NO PAIN. thank god. Im not heading out again , I want to but I'm being sensible ( 1st time for everything- I'm gonna take it easy. Stretch now and relax. Same again tomorrow. No massive ramp up in distance or intensity

I did a little bit of climbing ( I can't avoid it but didn't push it) and opened up a touh on the flat but nothing more than 60% RPE.
