Day 101 2.9k 20min steady
Day 102 2.9k 20 min steady
Day 103 Duston tri, 400m swim 20k bike, 21.10 for 5k run. Need more intensity training on the bike.
Day 104 4.5k morning 30mins 4.5k afternoon faster 25mins. Ambition to start introducing more pace.
Day 105 6.1k 40 mins, 40min effort turbo
Day 106 6.1k 40mins
Day 107 4.5k v steady 35mins, 40min turbo effort
Day 108 4.5k steady 35 mins
Day 109 16.3k in 1hr 38, mixture trails and roads, steady all the way, backpack with water for my four legged running pal.

I am in need of stuff. Looking at Garmin 920, new turbo, need to get a turbo bike (or get old one mended), aero helmet, aero bottle set up. Also need to decide goals for rest of season.

...and slip a quick 112mile ride in the middle?

So, Day 110 7.8k in 55 mins, bit weary and slow.
Day 111 4.5k 30 mins
Day 112 4.5k 30mins, tired and busy with work so not doing much. Last couple of days have increased pace for one mile during each session. Have decided I need more intensity in both running and biking.
Day 113 2.9k 20mins....doing even less!
Day 114 4.5k 30mins turbo 40mins with a decent effort.
Day 115 6.1k 40 mins
Day 116 5k 20mins at parkrun, pb by a good 30 odd secs. 11.7k run in the afternoon in 1.07, nice and steady.
Day 117 7.8k in 41.30 hard effort on trails.

So the streak will come to an end no later than 23 May as on the 24th may I know I will not be training for a few days. I would like to get 1000k in by that date. 174k to go in 22 days. Ave 7.9k a day I think.

Hmmm. Options:

1) general anaesthetic an surgeon's knife
2) kidnapped by space aliens
3) trip to Mars (see 2)

So looking to ramp it up more in terms of training volume and intensity. Have decided this will be a running year.
Day 118 10.9k 1.06
Day 119 11.2k 1.03.37 harder run, about 20secs per k quicker than usual. 55 min turbo reasonable effort.
Day 120 10.9k in 1 hour, about 30secs per k quicker than normal. 40min turbo.
Day 121 10.9k in 1.10 legs pretty tired.
Day 122 10.9k in 58.43 good effort but it was later in the day than normal so properly hydrated and fed, rather than normal runs which are fasted.
That's 80k in the last 7 days, and the legs know it. No injuries slight pain in left calf but I think that's fatigue.

Day 123 parkrun, wondered if I should do it, legs tired and bit of an ache in left calf but took a gamble. 1.6k warm up, all felt good so decided I would run. 5k 22.15, started ok but after first couple of k was on empty. All things considered can't complain really. One hour turbo decent effort.
Day 124 12.3k in 1.16, quite hot but nice firm trails. 50min steady turbo.
Day 125 10.9k in 1.10 bit of a struggle. Decided I would go later as well, felt much better 10.9k in 57mins.
Day 126 10.9k in 1.11, tough, wet, muddy, claggy.
Day 127 10.8k in 1.14, tougher, wetter, muddier, claggier. 40min steady turbo. Inov8 roclites arrived today so will give them a go tomorrow.

Day 128 7.8k in 52 and then later on 3k in 19mins.
Day 129 11k in 1.10, very slow and tired. Decided would have another bash later, 10.9k in 56mins, pleased with that felt much better and faster.
Day 130, skipped the parkrun as legs too tired so steady longer run, 13.3k in 1.29, had intended longer but legs empty.
Day 131 10.9k in 1.14, shattered. Steady 40min turbo later just to stretch the legs out.
Weekly total 100k running and a couple of turbo sessions. Pleased that volume is highest ever, with some pacier sessions and no injuries. Legs need a rest.
Also the streak has just passed 1000k.

Day 132 3.5k in 28mins.
Day 133 3.5k in 24.22 legs still very achey from last week, so taking a very easy week and maybe a parkrun on Saturday.
