Thanks CCS - the running is going better than I dared to hope. Just the balsted stitch / ab pain... Anyhoo..
Week 7
MON: Turbo - Sisters - average session
TUE: Swim 2 x 400m FC, 2 x 400m Pull. FC was 7:55 and 8:05. First pull was 7:45. Second was no time.
Run 10km in 62 min.
Then sick...
Then Mandering
Week 8
TUE: Hour on bike to ensure it didnt fall apart. It didnt. Hurray!
WED: Open water swim mostly to abate The Fear. Was OK performance wise - nothing special. good to remember the importance of sighting! Nice evening out though.
THU: Run, my TT route 3.7km in 23.:27. down from 24:48 previously. Happy with that. Not happy about pain in side, however I'm OK to run through it...
Not much left this week... Just psyching up for Windsor... And on the note, here's some targets:

Would be well pleased with 1:56/ But there's alot of uncertainty. so tbh, I'm just gonna try and have fun!
